Help Fight AIDS by Buying the iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus Red

Whoever said Apple was concerned about one thing was dead wrong. With the launch of both the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Red models, Apple will be contributing some of the proceeds to fighting an AIDS free generation with their partnership with RED. Apple and RED have had more than a 10-year old partnership which are in hopes of an AIDS free generation by the year 2020.

The launch of the Red models, Apple has inspired much of the tech industry into expanding their outreach. With the hopes of generating huge donations for a great cause, it's good to see that some of the biggest influences worldwide are living up to a very noble cause.

The cost to consumers is nothing as both the as the red iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus cost the same price as their black counterparts. The red model is not available in the smallest 32 GB model and is only available in the much larger 128 and 256 GB models.

Apple is hoping to push the envelope and bring in other contributors to join in their success. Apple Inc has become the largest contributor by far with more than 130 million of the 465 million that's been donated so far.

The red difference is seen in the outer body which almost glows when it's under bright light. The red iPhone is definitely a standout when comparing it to some of the other colors including black, white and matte black and in some regards, more of a premium look.

So far, the red iPhone 7 and red iPhone 7 Plus are selling really well and are expected to outsell other add-on color options we've seen by other manufacturers. The AIDS free generation is a great cause, and it's nice to see that personal taste offers up such a great reward.
